The very first thing you should do before you take and natural supplements like krill oil or fish oil, is to consult with a doctor on the supplements you are planning to take. Your doctor should have a clear understanding of the dosage required for you to take that is safe and beneficial for your body. Also remember that you could also look on the label of the supplement bottle for more details on the recommend daily intake.
