It’s possible that you’ve been operating under the assumption that heavy layers of makeup can hide the problem. Wiping it away with your hand or whatever you have handy is even worse. By the way, using your hand on your face is always a terrible idea and you shouldn’t do it unless you have no other option.

Not only does this make your face dirtier it makes it oilier because you aren’t wiping away oil, you’re wiping on oil (you have oil on your hands too)! What you need to do is understand a bit more concerning your skin, proper skin care, plus a few other things we’re about to tell you.

You can locate this exceptional sort of make-up product available for purchase. This is an additional substitute tactic for reducing the oily look and it’s suitable because you can utilize it at work or anytime. These manufactured goods are see-through and are available in a powder form. If you wear make-up, what you’ll do is light add it on top of the usual make-up you put on.

If you wear a lot of makeup are you sure that you have chosen a kind that won’t make your condition worse? Is your makeup heavy? If you wear a lot of make-up, then you need to work harder to keep your skin clean or wear less make-up. You do this because it is possible that your shiny face is your skin’s attempt to keep the heavy makeup from invading your pores. Pay attention to ingredients and labels because using products with high oil contents could make your problems even worse. The simple reason is you don’t want to pour gas on the fire.

It is also a good idea, if you aren’t wearing any makeup, to simply wash your face in clean pure water and not anything else. We cringe about using regular tap water in the US because it contains fluoride and chlorine. Filtered water is the best option in this case. It’s even a very good idea to get a faucet-mounted water purifier to at least remove as much chlorine as possible. Chlorine can really dry out your skin and you don’t want that! Then, like we’ve said before, use a water based moisturizer.

The water will wash away impurities and dirt and the moisturizer keeps your skin moist. There is no reason to despair over oily skin, although we do understand how you may feel about it.
